Anti-Seize 917
Anti-Seize 917 is a Nickel based lubricant specially formulated to prevent seizing, galling, pitting, excessive wear and corrosion. The protective paste consists of fine flakes of graphite suspended in a blend of lubricants and oils. It will not wash, squeeze or burn out, even at elevated temperatures and high pressures.
Applications:
- Anti-Seize 917 is ideal for use on a wide range of industrial products including: threaded fasteners, gears, chains, cables, sprockets, rollers, shafts, cams, U-joint, tracks, O-rings, hubs, pulleys, hinges, pivots, latches and conveyors.
Features:
Versatile: Anti-Seize is also available user applied in three different formulas:
1) 907A Aluminum-graphite: A general purpose lubricant. Resists seizing, galling, galvanic attack & excessive wear.
2) 907C Copper-graphite: A general purpose lubricant. Ideal for soft metal parts, plastics and nonmetallic gasketing.
3) 907N Nickel-graphite: A high temperature lubricant. Particularly suitable where different metals (such as brass and steel) come in contact.
Features (Continued):
Available in Convenient Sized Containers: All three Anti-Seize formulas are available in 4oz., 8oz., and 16 oz. containers with applicator brush as well as 8 lb. and 42 lb. pails for user-applied applications.
Resists Heat: Anti-Seize 917 (Nickelgraphite) prevents coated fasteners from failing at temperatures up to 2600°F (+1427°C).
